Jesienna chandra, czym jest i jak sobie z nią radzić? To pytanie często pojawia się w rozmowach, na przełomie października i listopada. Jesienna aura nie nastraja optymistycznie, zimny wiatr, chodniki usłane liśćmi i ponury krajobraz nie zachęcają do wyjścia na zewnątrz. Istnieją jednak sposoby na to aby, nawet jesienią, cieszyć się doskonałym nastrojem.
Przede wszystkim dobry sen
Jesienią i zimą szczególnie powinniśmy zadbać o ilość i jakość naszego snu. Dobrze wyspani, wypoczęci, zdecydowanie lepiej rozpoczniemy każdy nowy dzień. Aby sen był odpoczynkiem i wspomagał funkcjonowanie naszego organizmu należy pamiętać o spełnieniu kilku warunków. Przede wszystkim na pół godziny przed zaśnięciem należy wyłączyć telewizor i odłożyć smartphon, pomieszczenie w którym zasypiamy powinno być wywietrzone i dobrze zaciemnione. Ciepła, relaksująca kąpiel pomoże nam przyjemnie zasnąć, a zjedzenie ostatniego posiłku, minimum 2 godziny przed snem sprawi, że nie odczujemy dyskomfortu związanego z trawieniem. Regularne pory zasypiania i wstawania usystematyzują pracę naszego organizmu i pozwolą mu odpocząć i zregenerować się odpowiednio podczas snu.
Nie rezygnuj ze sportu
Jesień jest doskonałym momentem na rozpoczęcie pracy nad letnią sylwetką. Nie należy rezygnować z aktywności fizycznej na świeżym powietrzu ze względu na pogorszenie pogody. Jeśli odpowiednio dobierzemy strój możemy cieszyć się aktywnością fizyczną na zewnątrz, nawet w bardzo mroźne dni. Wiele osób na okres jesienno – zimowy poleca odzież termo aktywną i z przyjemnością uprawia nordic walking, bieganie czy jazdę na rowerze jesienią i zimą. Wiele osób wręcz woli trenować na zewnątrz w chłodne dni - nie doskwierają im wtedy upały, osób w parkach i na leśnych ścieżkach jest mniej niż latem, a ruch na świeżym powietrzu w niższych temperaturach sprzyja budowaniu odporności.
Pamiętaj o zdrowym odżywianiu
Należy pamiętać o spożywaniu dań i składników odżywczych, które zadbają o nasz układ nerwowy i dodają energii. Spożywając duże ilości pełnoziarnistego pieczywa, kaszy, ryb i warzyw strączkowych dostarczamy organizmowi kwasów omega 3, witamin, magnezu, potasu i innych składników odżywczych wspomagających nasz organizm w okresie jesienno – zimowym.
Pij ciepłe napoje
Wiele z nas nie odkryło jeszcze pozytywnych skutków rozgrzewania naszego organizmu od środka. Dobrze rozgrzany organizm jest odporny na spadki energii czy nastroju w ciągu dnia. Rodzai herbat i ziół dostępnych na rynku jest cała gama, z pewnością każdy znajdzie wśród nich swój ulubiony smak. Do każdego ciepłego napoju, w zależności od preferencji smakowych, można dodać przyprawy takie jak szałwia, kardamon, goździki, imbir czy cynamon. Zwykła czarna herbata z dodatkiem miodu i cytryny skutecznie rozgrzeje nasz organizm i zadba o jego odporność.
Jesień potrafi zachwycać barwami, rozpieszczać dodatnią temperaturą i sprzyjać spacerom. Takich łaskawych dni jesienią jest jednak jak na lekarstwo. Stosując się do powyższych wskazówek z pewnością, nawet w najbardziej ponury dzień, nie damy się pokonać jesiennej chandrze.
